Common causes of Neck Pain:

Common types of headaches:

  • Tension Headaches: The most common type, affecting up to 80% of people regularly. They cause a constant ache or pressure in areas like the temples, back of the head, or neck. Causes include lack of sleep, history of neck issues, poor posture, overexertion, stress, and anxiety.

  • Migraines: Over 30 million Americans, mostly women, suffer from migraines. These headaches can be triggered by stress, hormonal changes, weather conditions, or certain foods. Migraines are characterized by symptoms such as pain on one side of the head (which can switch sides), throbbing pain, sensitivity to light and sound, and often nausea and vomiting.

  • Cluster Headaches: More common in men, these headaches occur in cycles and cause severe, sudden pain on one side of the head. They may also cause a watery eye, nasal congestion, or runny nose on the affected side.
